I thought this was going to be pretty easy because most of the "outlawed" foods I don't really care for anyway. I could go the rest of my life without eating potatoes of any sort, I could really do without bread if I could just have the occasional bun for my Chick-filA sandwiches, pasta, don't care. I do love sweets, but we don't have those around anyway. Today I found out what my carbohydrate weakness truly is, cereal. My mouth was actually watering at the thought of cereal, raisin bran, to be exact. I didn't realize that I eat cereal every day, sometimes more than that if I don't feel like making dinner.
I can have it again in two weeks, but who would have thought that would be my trigger food?
